Healthy haalina paysa n how different it is frm regular halu paysa :)

1 day i feel like making some nice steaming paysa:)
Its like a craving to cook something nice sometimes:) Rather than d mazzza of eating the stuff.. its the process that i like the most :)

Here's how i made my soooo different haalu paysa:)

Ingredients needed:

1 cup rice
Jaggery to ur taste
Raisins: Dry grapes,almond,cashews
2 cups milk
1 spoon ghee
5 lavang
some cardamom
Water
grated coconut

Procedure1:
1.i wash the rice thoroughly n immerse it in water.(Set it a aside to absorb some water )
2.Boil some 5-6 tea spoons of milk n put the dry grapes into it.(Set aside to make them happily plump:))
3.Cut the almonds n cashews to small size n dry roast them separately.Roast them brown n with delicate aroma :).(set them separetly aside to cool them down)

Wait for fifteen mins :P
( in the meantime..cardamom can be grounded, jaggery can be powdered )
Bring some water to boil & add up powdered/coarse pieces of jaggery to it ...To make a fine Golden jaggery solution which is sticky n uncontrollably mouthwatering n goldeny gold lik princess's hair :P

Procedure2:
1.Now collect all water out of rice vessel n collect in a glass.
2. Add 1:1 of milk :water to rice[i.e if rice-1 cup;then milk n water should be 1 & 1/2 cup each)
3.Add all raisins,cloves,coconut into rice.
4.Pressure cook rice for as many whistles you feel rice would cook appropriately.
5.Let the rice cooker cool down to be ready for the show :)
6.Mix more milk ,jaggery solution, small amounts of cardamom n bring it to a boil....
7.Chak ke zaroor deekhna :) n set right the sweetness:)....
8.Mix some ghee n inhale the slow raising aroma of the paysa :)

Voillaaaaa Its ready:):):)

Pour into the bowls n slowly taste them bit by bit :) to taste d delicate flavours of this mushy paysa :)

Am a bit more of a healthy stuff lover :) so my preparations would be on the delicateness of  flavours :) n the balance striken between the ingredients.....would make me feel wonderful:)
